What is #GYGOLondon24?
GET YOUR GAME ON is an in-person VO conference and it is the ONLY event that is dedicated to voice acting in video games. #GYGOLondon24 is focused on promoting great voice acting in video games! Hosted by The VoiceOver Network, GET YOUR GAME ON London 2024 will take place on Friday, April 19th 2024

Speakers:
Andrea Toyias has over 15 years in the video game industry, Andrea’s tenure at Blizzard Entertainment has seen her sculpt unforgettable characters in World of WarCraft, Diablo, StarCraft, Hearthstone, and Overwatch. Her expertise extends from dialogue editing and recording engineering to casting and directing a myriad of heroes, villains, and mythical beings.
Doug Cockle has been a professional actor for over 25 years. He has worked on stage, in television and film, radio, corporate video and in voiceovers in both the USA and UK. He also has extensive experience working as a voice actor in video games. Most notably Doug has voiced the character of Geralt of River in the video game series The Witcher since 2005; A role for which he was nominated for multiple awards including a BAFTA and for which he won the NAVGTR and Golden Joystick Awards. Doug is also a professional acting teacher and has taught acting at numerous UK universities and drama schools.
Anna Zydzik has a passion for people and an unparalleled drive to populate imaginary worlds with authentic characters, Anna Zydzik embodies the alchemy behind immersive game character casting. Her keen instincts for intricate castings and multi character creations make her a sought-after talent curator in the gaming realm.
Michal Kaluzynski is a video game producer who crafts narratives and designs efficient production workflows, Michal’s flair for languages and attention to audio nuances in gaming sessions elevate character production to unparalleled levels. His unorthodox approach and creative zeal sculpt unforgettable gaming experiences.
Jessica Jefferies is a 3 times award nominated casting director who works across film, video games, animation, TV, theatre and XR. Having worked as an actress for 8 years, she transitioned into casting in 2018, bringing with her the knowledge and understanding of seeing the industry through the eyes of a performer. She has an affinity for casting and working with actors and performers for all narrative forms, including specialisms such as voice work, performance capture, creature performance, puppetry, movement and dance.
Damien Goodwin has a diverse career spanning over 18 years, Damien Goodwin transitioned from acting to directing, becoming a celebrated figure in film, TV, video games, and theatre. Renowned for his cinematic performance and voice-over direction in gaming, his portfolio includes over 80 games, many of which have received critical acclaim and awards. Damien’s recent works encompass BAFTA-winning projects and internationally recognized films and TV series, showcasing his exceptional storytelling skills.
Adele Cutting is a BAFTA award-winning audio professional with 20+ years’ experience in directing actors, casting, audio direction, designing sound, music editing and casting and covering ‘all things audio’ across games, TV, installations, mobile, VR and Audio Drama. In 2011, Adele founded audio production company Soundcuts Ltd., winners of both Develop and TIGA awards. Soundcuts work with clients across the UK and Worldwide including Netflix, Nickelodeon, Nike and Microsoft. Adele’s recent work includes Koreaboo (Director/Producer), Far Cry: Rise of the Revolution (Director/Producer), NDA AAA (which is going to be released before the conference) (Voice Director), The Quarry (Audio Director), As Dusk Falls (Audio Manager).
Marta Svetek is an all-round video game actor, best known for being the voice of Roxanne Wolf, Gregory and Vanny in the highly acclaimed Five Nights At Freddy’s franchise, as well as notably being the voice of Russian Command Comms in Battlefield 2042, and taking on the role of Legendary Lord Aranessa Saltspite in Total War: Warhammer II. On top of that, she is well known as a mocap performer for several AAA titles including Destiny 2, Horizon Forbidden West and the official F1 game series.
Josh Weeden is the Creative Production Lead at PitStop Productions, overseeing the creative pipelines undertaken in their Voice and Motion Capture facilities in London. His passion for bringing out the nuances of dialogue is what drives his direction, and he’s always interested in developments his field of work. “As video games and technology develop, I am excited about using these tools to support authentic, engaging, performances.” With over two decades of experience in audio production, half of which spent exclusively on video game dialogue and performance, Josh brings a unique and distinctive style to the dialogue and productions he works with. He has over 60 game titles to his name, including the award-winning Baldurs Gate III, Horizon: call of the Mountain and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, from studios such as Sony, Square Enix, Larian Studios and Sega.
